AoradevThis policy explains what information Aoradev ("we", "us") collects through our website aoradev.xyz and our application ChatSathi (chatsathi.aoradev.xyz), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
When you sign in with Facebook
- Your name, Facebook user ID and profile picture
- Your email address, if you grant that permission
- The list of Pages you manage and the access token for any Page you choose to connect
When a Page is connected to ChatSathi
- Messages sent to the connected Page by its customers, including text, attachments, timestamps and the sender's Page-scoped ID and public name
- Messages that you send from ChatSathi in reply
- Settings you create, such as saved replies and automatic greetings
When you visit our website or contact us
- Technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded in standard server logs
- Details you send us by email, phone or the contact page
3. How we use information
- To create your account and authenticate you
- To show Page conversations in your inbox and let you reply
- To operate features you switch on, such as saved replies and auto-responses
- To respond to support requests
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix errors
We do not use message content for advertising, profiling or to train machine learning models, and we do not sell personal information.
4. Facebook platform data
Data received from Facebook and Messenger is used only to provide the ChatSathi features described above. We do not transfer it to data brokers, advertising networks or other third parties for their own use. We comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including the Messenger Platform policies on messaging windows and permitted content.
5. Sharing
We share information only with:
- Service providers who host our servers and email, under obligations to protect the data
- Authorities, where the law requires it
- Your own team, when you give other people access to your ChatSathi workspace
Conversations from one business are never visible to another business.
6. Retention
We keep account and conversation data while your account is active and your Page is connected. When you disconnect a Page, we stop receiving its messages. When you request deletion, or if your account is inactive and closed, we delete the data as described in section 8. Backups are overwritten within 30 days. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days.
7. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS. Access tokens are stored server-side and are not exposed in the browser. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised staff. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected users and authorities where the law requires after a breach.
8. Your rights and deleting your data
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. You can also remove ChatSathi at any time from Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations.

9. Customers of businesses using ChatSathi
If you are a customer who messaged a Page that uses ChatSathi, the Page owner decides why your messages are handled and Aoradev processes them on the owner's behalf. To have your messages deleted, contact the Page or write to us and we will assist.
10. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Cookies
The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The ChatSathi application uses essential session cookies required to keep you signed in.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and we will notify signed-in users of significant changes.
