ChatSathi
A shared inbox for the messages your customers send to your Facebook Page, so nothing gets missed and everyone on your team sees the same conversation.
What it does
Small businesses get a lot of customer questions through Messenger. Replies end up scattered across personal phones and nobody knows who answered what. ChatSathi puts those conversations in one web inbox.

How you connect
- Open chatsathi.aoradev.xyz and choose Continue with Facebook.
- Approve the permissions on the Facebook dialog and choose which Page to connect.
- Incoming messages to that Page appear in your inbox.
- To stop, remove ChatSathi in your Facebook settings or follow the data deletion steps.
Facebook permissions and why we ask for them
We request the minimum needed to run the inbox. Every permission is shown to you on Facebook before you approve it.
Facebook Login
Identifies you and creates your ChatSathi account. We store your name, profile ID and, if you allow it, your email address.
Page access
Lets you pick which Pages you manage and connect one to ChatSathi. We read only the Pages you select.
Page messaging
Receives messages sent to your connected Page and lets you send replies, within Messenger Platform policies and the 24-hour messaging window.

Your data stays yours
Conversations belong to the business and its customers. ChatSathi does not sell message content, does not use it for advertising, and does not share it with other businesses. You can disconnect a Page at any time and request deletion of everything we hold.
